Youth Officials Training (2013)
USLacrosse Level 1 Training
All youth officials must go through USLacrosse Level 1 training. This training happens once a year and is run by USLacrosse certfied trainers. This certification has two parts. The in-seat, classroom traing covers youth lacrosse rules, administration of the rules test and explains officiating mechangis. The on-field training allow you use scrimmage situations to see real game scenarios under the supervision of experienced, senior officials.
The cost for this training is $45. ($25 for CHSAA certified officals)
There is a minimum age requirement: Must be of High School age.
You MUST also be USLacrosse registered

You will need to be registered with USLacrosse. If you are already registered and you know your USL number, then go straight to the CYL registration page. REGISTER HERE - CYLA

New officials or those who worked less than 25 games in 2012
University of Denver

9:00 - 5:00 PM (Check-in starts at 8:15 AM)
David Malmquist will conduct the training.
Part II - On-Field Training
On the field training options will be forthcoming in the upcoming weeks and will be announced at the training.
