Hello, my name is Alex Chambers and I am running for Area Director for the Denver Metro area. Bio:
I’m Hays Nash I’m born and raised here in the Denver metro area. I grew up in the game of lacrosse. I’ve been officiating since I was 16. I’ve been officiating high school lacrosse since 2019. The reason I’ve decided to run for the board is to be a mentor to new officials and to hopefully lead the charge of the younger members of the association have input on the board. If elected my goals will be to recruit, retain and develop the next generation of lacrosse officials in our state. But my true goal is to give back to the game of lacrosse because it has given me so much. Thank you all for what you have done for the sport and what you will continue to do.

(2) Justin Kitashima
Bio:
Hello, my name is Justin Kitashima, and I have been officiating lacrosse for more than ten years here in the Denver area. I am extremely passionate about lacrosse and take great pride in the life it has given me and my family. Having never played lacrosse, this great game found me and has taken me on an amazing journey. I feel truly honored to be a part of this game and am dedicated to contributing to its continued growth. Through my years as a lacrosse referee, I've gained a wealth of knowledge and experiences that have shaped me into the official I am today. I'm proud to serve as an on-floor NLL official, a NILOA college Official, and a World Lacrosse official. However, I owe much of my success to the support and guidance of countless individuals who have helped me along this journey.
In the next three years, I'm looking to make some positive changes. I want to offer more opportunities for learning and training, utilizing evaluations, training clips for consistency throughout the association, and finding a way to make preseason training more interactive and fun. While also ramping up our retainment and recruitment efforts. Finally build a sense of community with post-season awards and member events.
ONLY Northern Colorado Area RMLOA members in good standing can vote for this Director position.

Now I am the assignor for all the mountain schools. I am also a certified football and basketball official.
Thank you and good luck to each candidate.
